Refunds & Cancellations : Shift Risk
  • At ShiftRisk, our priority is connecting you with insurance tailor made to suit your unique needs. We understand that there can be errors made during the policy purchase process, and are happy to work with insurance providers to issue refunds if the need arises. In case of a refund due to an erroneous transaction or cancellation, the premium paid for an insurance product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the Insurance provider.
    The refund of your choice of insurance product purchased via www.shiftrisk.com - remains a domain under the responsibility of the insurance company that you (the customer) purchase your insurance plan from. The refund times can therefore vary depending on the insurance provider and their policies. While we remain committed to ensuring a hassle-free purchase process for our customers, ShiftRisk cannot be held liable for any delay on account of the Insurance provider in such refund.
    Cancellations of purchased policies will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. ShiftRisk may, subject to availability, share details on such terms and conditions with the customer. They are however, subject to change at the discretion of the insurance provider. Customers are recommended to maintain contact with the insurance provider for updated cancellation policies and cancellation claims.
    We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our website.
